The power station is visible from the highway if you look closely.

Another substation, this one is located a little east of
Missoula and can be seen from Interstate 90. July 16, 2001. The road
in the foreground is the eastbound lanes of I-90.
The tracks just beyond the highway are BNSF / Montana Rail Link.
Milwaukee Road depot and power substation in Cle Elum, WA, 9/12/99. The depot is showing signs of age, but the power substation to the west of the depot is in really good condition.
